Directions
First,
Determine which embroidery design format you need.
Because these designs are delivered in electronic form, EmbroideryFontShop can not offer any refunds or
replacements in the event you choose the wrong format.
Therefore, do one of the following to be certain before making a purchase.

Review the instruction manual which came with your embroidery
machine or software to determine which format is compatible with your system.

Contact your embroidery machine dealer.

3)
|
Download one of the free sample characters and experiment to
determine which format works with your system (see below). All formats are included with
the free sample characters.

Second,
Browse fonts of different styles using the various navigation buttons.
Each section details available fonts, font names, and price.
Click on the "View Font" link to view the characters included with each individual font.
You can also click on the "Free Sample Character" link to download an individual character which can be sewn-out.
All formats are included with the free sample character.
Therefore, the sample may also be used to test and determine which format is compatible with your system.
Third,
Once you have selected a font to purchase, you need to place it in your "shopping cart."
Start by using the dropdown menu to select a size.
You will similarly need to select a format. Then, click the "Add to Cart" button.
A new screen will appear displaying items contained within your shopping cart.
Verify your selection is as intended.
You may then either "Continue Shopping" or "Proceed to Checkout" by clicking on these options.
If you "Continue Shopping," you will be returned to the previous page wherein you may
continue to browse and add additional items to your shopping cart.
If you select "Proceed to Checkout," you will be prompted for payment information in order to finalize payment.
You may also remove items from your shopping cart by selecting "Remove" and then clicking on "Update Cart."
At any time you can view the items in your shopping cart by clicking the "View Cart" button located at the top of this page.
You can cancel the transaction at any time prior to clicking on the "Pay" button within the checkout process.
If using a credit card, your payment will become finalized upon clicking this button.
If using an eCheck (funds from a checking account), your payment will become finalized once funds clear your bank and the PayPal system.
Fourth,
You will receive an email a few moments after finalizing payment.
This email will inlcude a Download Code within it that you will use to download your font.
Once you have received the Download Code, return to EmbroideryFontShop.com and click on the "Download Purchase Here"
button located on the left side of the page.
A new screen will appear wherein you can enter your Download Code.
Enter your Download Code exactly as it appears on the email you received from EmbroideryFontShop.com.
You will be prompted for a folder location to save the file.
You will need to choose a folder (on your computer) and save the file.
Some of the file sizes are large, particularly the .ART formats and some of the larger font sizes.
If you are using a dial-up connection to the internet, it may take your computer system a few moments
to download the file.
If your system seems stalled, it is likely just busy receiving the larger files.
Just wait and let it finish.
You will not have any problems with a broad-band connection to the internet.
The file should now be located on your computer in the folder selected during the download process.
You will then need to unzip the file before each individual character can be used.
If you do not have a means of unzipping the file, you can download a free evaluation version of WinZip
for this purpose at www.WinZip.com.
Once WinZip is installed on your computer, double-click the previously saved file (downloaded from EmbroideryFontShop.com) to launch WinZip.
This will open a decompression utility allowing you to "Extract" the file to a destination folder of your choosing.
Once the file is extracted (unzipped), the font is ready to be transferred to your embroidery machine for use.
